He Is Risen

Apr 5, 2026    Pastor Lance Bradley

In this Easter message, Pastor Lance reminded us of something we all need to hear:

What feels finished to us is not finished to God.

Maybe you’ve walked through a season that felt final. A loss. A failure. A prayer that seemed to go unanswered. A part of your story that felt over.

That’s what the first Easter felt like, too.

Friday looked final. The cross looked like defeat. The tomb looked sealed. Hope looked gone. But the resurrection changed everything. Jesus was not finished, and neither is the story for anyone who trusts Him.

Pastor Lance says it like this: "Your worst moment is not your final moment. Because Jesus walked out of the grave, sin doesn’t get the last word, death doesn’t get the last word, and whatever you’re facing doesn’t get the last word either.”

And that’s the hope of Easter:

Jesus doesn’t just offer forgiveness for your past. He offers new life right now.

So, don’t go looking for life in dead places. Don’t keep chasing what can’t truly fill you. Look to the risen Jesus. Remember what He said. Remember who He is. And hold on to the hope that because He is alive, your story is not over.
