Missions Sunday

What does it really mean to live on mission?

In Acts 1:8, Jesus told His followers they would be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Sometimes we think missions starts when we get on a plane and travel somewhere far away. But Jesus starts much closer than that.

Your neighborhood is a mission field. Your workplace is a mission field. Your school is a mission field. The people around you need the hope of Jesus.

In this Missions Sunday message, Pastor Lance challenges us to stop waiting for some big moment and start asking one simple question: Where can I say yes?

Missions doesn’t start when you get on a plane. It starts where you are.

You don’t have to cross the ocean to live on mission. Sometimes you just have to cross the street.
