Down But Not Out

Often, we carry painful parts of our past with us: resentment towards people who have hurt us, embarrassing mess-ups we wish could be taken back, or a disappointment we have with ourselves. Often, that pain lives in our lives in the form of regret, and if we can't get over regret, we will live under it. It's a decision we make.

We are the result of our decisions. In fact, the decisions from our past can weigh us down and keep us from living the life God has for us and from faithfully following Jesus.
